Instructor Ali Caulfield is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Pilates Teacher and Mindfulness Coach who integrates all of these disciplines to create Prehab Lab, a unique class and perfect compliment to your athletic endeavors. For 60-minutes we breathe, stretch and strengthen to restore your body while adding a layer of protection from injury.
