Jackson Sports Performance Training
is available for both on and off-site team performance training. Packages include, but are not limited to:
- Daily or weekend camps and clinics
- Speed, agility and sport specific conditioning
- Sport and movement specific injury prevention
- Athletic based strength and jump training
- Bodyweight/limited equipment based strength and jump training (if on-site facility lacks equipment)
Sessions and rates are dependent upon schedule and availability. Please contact us for availability and pricing. Discounts start as low at six athletes per group!
